YOUR BRAND’S WHOLESALE HOME

A wholesale website built around the way your buyers order.

Give retailers a clear place to see your line, choose sizes and colors, and submit an order. SHOWROOM4K connects that buyer experience to the catalog and order records your team works with.

A B2B storefront has a different job from a retail store.

A retail customer may buy one shirt. A wholesale buyer needs to understand the style, available colors, size range, unit price and the quantities required to place a useful store order. A good wholesale website makes those decisions clear before checkout.

SHOWROOM4K is designed for brands selling their own collections to retailers. Your showroom presents the products you publish, and your buyer builds an order from those products. It is a sales destination for your brand, rather than a supplier marketplace that promises to bring you customers.

Build the catalog once, then publish what is ready.

Keep style numbers, descriptions, product photography, wholesale pricing, colors and sizes together. Products can stay private while your team finishes their details. Publish a style when you are ready for buyers to see it in the showroom.

The same catalog supplies your wholesale site and selected product presentations. That gives your team one product record to maintain instead of treating the website and every buyer selection as separate catalogs.

  • Use clear style numbers that the office can recognize on an order.
  • Show the product photo, wholesale unit price and size range together.
  • Check every product’s ordering rule before sharing its buyer link.

Make the next step an actual order.

Buyers choose a style and color, then use quantity controls to add the required sizes or complete prepacks. Rules can specify minimum quantities and increments by size, or a fixed pack ratio. These rules are checked again when an order is submitted.

The buyer reviews the selected line items, quantities and total before sending the order to the brand. Submission creates an order for your team to review; it does not automatically charge a card or book a shipment. Confirm taxes, freight, payment terms and delivery with the buyer through your normal process.

Keep the storefront connected to your office.

An attractive website only solves part of the problem. Someone still needs to review an incoming order, confirm its details and keep the buyer informed. Website and presentation orders return to the brand’s order center so the team can work from a saved record.

The dashboard keeps order, payment and shipping statuses separate. That distinction matters: an order can be accepted but not paid, or paid but not shipped. The statuses are records your team maintains, so they should reflect what actually happened.

Plan a focused first launch.

Start with a collection that is ready to sell. Gather your product images and ordering rules, decide who will review orders, and walk through a sample purchase before sending the link to buyers. A small, complete assortment is more useful than a large catalog with missing details.

A wholesale showroom can sit alongside an existing retail website. Bring any custom domain, inventory or ERP requirements to the demo so compatibility and setup can be reviewed before you depend on an integration. Brand Pro includes one branded wholesale website; additional standalone sites are quoted separately.

Brand Pro: $100/month. Cancel before your next renewal. Buyer access and invited representatives do not require a separate paid seat.

Common questions

Can I keep my existing retail website?

Yes. A dedicated wholesale link can work alongside it. Discuss the desired navigation and any system connections during onboarding; existing website or ERP integrations are not automatic.

Is a custom domain connected as soon as I save it?

No. A domain preference needs a separate domain and DNS setup review. Your showroom link works independently of a custom domain.

Can buyers inspect product images before ordering?

Yes. The product viewer opens the whole image and supports zooming and moving around the available photograph. Detail quality depends on the resolution of the source photo.
