This Privacy Policy explains how JJM International Consulting LLC, doing business as SHOWROOM4K ("SHOWROOM4K," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when brands, sales representatives, wholesale buyers, and other visitors use showroom4k.com, a brand wholesale website powered by us, or our related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business or store name, email address, phone number, account credentials, billing and shipping addresses, payment terms, purchase-order details, order notes, product selections, quantities, and communications with us or participating brands.
Brands and authorized representatives may provide customer account information so approved buyers can access a wholesale website and use saved account details. We also collect product catalogs, pricing, images, business rules, team-member information, and other content submitted by sellers.
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, pages and presentations viewed, link interactions, session information, approximate location, referring pages, and shopping-cart or ordering activity. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain carts, remember preferences, provide security, and understand product usage.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage buyer, seller, and representative accounts.
- Process and route wholesale orders to the applicable brand or seller.
- Remember approved buyer details and make repeat ordering faster.
- Provide presentations, customer histories, order reporting, and Reorder Radar.
- Send account verification, password reset, order, service, and support communications.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
We share buyer and order information with the brand, seller, and authorized representative connected to the wholesale website or presentation through which an order or inquiry is made. Those businesses may use the information under their own privacy practices.
We may also share information with service providers that help us deliver the Services, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, and payment-processing providers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use buyer information from one brand to provide another unrelated brand access to that buyer’s private order or account information.
4. Payments
Subscription payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers receive payment-card and transaction information directly under their own privacy policies. SHOWROOM4K does not store complete payment-card numbers.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, maintain business and order records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account details through the Services or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may retain records where required by law or legitimate business needs. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling them may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working properly. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
7. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
